I am in west Michigan and the milk weeds don’t have any monarchs , i have only seen one this whole summer, i think it is connect to the fact that UVC radiation is hitting the earth now due to the weakening magnetic field, it started about 5 years ago, I suspect they are sensitive to this radiation , it is changing the way leaves on plants look
