It's the same with smallpox. So let's say two guys play man and wife and have adopted children. Yes it CAN be spread through sex; since it spreads through the ulcers via skin to skin contact. But traditional STDs spread through sexual fluids or mucousal membranes. So sexual contact is clearly ONE vector for contact; but not the only vector. I should have been more clear on this. |
