This isn't the only time some city in California fucked up the roads. San Diego: (saying these road designs are "still an option for other areas in the city moving forward" and that there are "a lot of benefits" to this fucked up road design): [ link to youtu.be (secure)] It's probably part of their future 'ban cars' agenda. I wouldn't wanna ride a bike on that lane configuration that's the stuff nightmares are made of
