This Rocket booster could land anywhere between the western Atlantis to the Indian Ocean, because it is falling uncontrolled back to earth.

Yes.Also it will burn up in the atmosphere on descent not completely but mostly? Mostly. It will break into pieces too.Out of all the radars streaming space, they should be able to spot the thing and where it (or the debris) will land? Yes. It’s being tracked near-real-time by many radars. However, it is an uncontrolled re-entry. It’s spinning and wobbling, so the exact path is difficult to predict as it hits the atmosphere. It may skip like a stone or auger in.These are my questions. These are my answers. ;)
