Many have tried to figure out what the mark was that God put on Cain that was so easily visible and clearly distinguished him from other men. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Then the LORD said to Cain, "Where is Abel your brother?" He said, "I do not know; Am I my brother's keeper?" And the LORD said, "What have you done? The voice of your brother's blood is crying to me from the ground. And now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother's blood from your hand. When you till the ground, it shall no longer yield to you its strength; you shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth." Cain said to the LORD, "My punishment is greater than I can bear. Behold, thou hast driven me this day away from the ground; and from thy face I shall be hidden; and I shall be a fugitive and a wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will slay me." And the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the Lord set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him. And Cain went out from the presence of the Lord, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden. Bible: Genesis 4 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Does anyone know what the mark is ??? As to your question, from all I have read Abel was a good and nobel person, but Cain was always evil. or so it is my understanding. Therefore, I do wonder myself would Able have accepted him... Good question |

It is the story we have played over since the beginning. Brother pitted against brother. Quoting: Zions FledThere's no doubt in my mind Cain needs able's forgiveness. People change. They were twin flames. They didn't look alike but they were only minutes apart and had a deep mental bond. I believe that not only would Able forgive Cain but he would embrace him and love him like nothing ever happened. Question authority every time. Ask them how that makes them feel. Ask them why? Ask them when you have an opinion with your opinion and question them with that! There is no being with ALL THE answers accept for God. Even still question. But trust if it's all good and loving then follow with your full heart believing. For the light will always be the light. It makes me a believer. |
