as you can see, congress is given the authority to organize, arm and disipline "the militia" that the 2nd amendment references.

notice that is says "bear arms", which means to have it in hand ready to use. No where does it say "keep and bear arms". in fact the constitution only gives congress the authority to arm the militia and the states train the militia while discipline (regulate) as congress prescribes.

the constitution give congress the power to regulate the militia. i.e. the people that have weopons.

It was just once and was apparently just a fluke. My name was similar or something. I was only delayed for an hour or so. Not a big deal really other than I have to do any of that fucking shit in the first place as a free AMERICAN...

Does anyone seriously think cops have the time or manpower to run down every report coming in? They will get overwhelmed every time the system has a glitch, and it happens a lot
