Some are corrupt, but most are useless.
This means they are either plagued by the classical sins, and so are weak, or they are just plain dumb.
Part of the plan I'm referring to is to transition, form, create, and breed a new type of human.
One that isn't dull-witted.
One that isn't fooled.
One whose brain works efficiently.
One who values the right things.
One who opposes evil.
One who possesses all the classical virtues and rejects (and is disgusted) by the classical vices.

Racial segregation/health/competition is a key component of the plan. Race wasn't really on my mind when I made the thread. It's such a natural/common sense aspect of what's to come that it doesn't stick out like it does in politics nowadays. There is a very paradoxical/contradictory element to the racial part of the plan... I'm not gonna go into details (although it's not that complicated), but let's just say that the world will be far better off.
