[link to recorder.maricopa.gov (secure)] Watch the green envelopes. They are all open prior to getting to the people responsible for opening them. The green envelopes are just the return mail envelope provided. There's a separate second white envelope inside the green one that is also sealed. The white one must have the signature match on the outside or it isn't opened and counted. |

Those are ballots, and you can see them unfold the ballots, and you can also see that some are "blue" and some are "red". Seems like you didn't actually watch prior to commenting. |
