You cannot have premeditation until you have planning ahead of the incident.
Did the worker plan the robbery in order to have an excuse to kill the robber?
If not, you cannot have premeditation.

That proves the threat was gone but you shot her because you wanted to. In AZ, you can. Go into a house uninvited, and you'll be leaving dead. "Make my day" law, look it up.
