He knew.
That's why he claimed bankruptcy.
He'll be lucky if he stays out of prison.
A.J. is partly truth mixed with a heaping amount of fiction.
He's been spreading half-truths over the airwaves since back in the 90's.
I've seen him lie on numerous occasions. When he gets called out on it, he just changes his story.
In the medical journals on "cognitive dissonance", they should have a photo of A.J.
I bet $100 that if you were to go back into his past, you would find he was abused. Probably by his dad.
BTW, I don't dislike him. He doesn't come off as someone that's pure evil... like corrupt politicians.

Ironically strengthening libel laws might well take the sting from the corporate media monopoly on swamp propaganda.
