My first submission is some audio I recorded yesterday.

They are in my attic and have modified my home for their purposes. I can hear them, and if I speak to them sometimes they reply. I thought this must be a psyop to extract information… But then I started looking up laws and realized the 3 month duration exceeds the allowable time modern law allows for using search and seizure evidence against me. They constantly delete video and audio evidence can take to prove from my phone…. But not everything.

Their communication headphones automatically play a distortion to cover up their words. It’s quite genius actually and there’s multiple types of distortion. The distortion can sound like a frog, dog, birds chirping, owl hooting, buzzing of an electrical motor, or car engine. I’m sure there’s more but that’s what I witnessed. They communicate in single syllables or modify the rate of their speech slowly to allow their distorted cover up to sound naturally.

Three days ago I asked if they were here to arrest me or assassinate me. A woman’s voice replied without hesitation. The answer was assassinate. The voice was coming from my kitchen soffit which is shared to my master bath. I grabbed a co2 high powered bb pistol, went to my master bath, remove the vent fan to give me access, and unloaded 19 bbs in two separate directions. I heard a man scream. Then grabbed my phone and started recording.

What happened to due process and all the affirmative defenses that can be argued like:

--Outrageous Gov conduct that shocks the judicial conscience;
--Entrapment using mind control-psychotronics-Silent Sound Subliminal programming;
--Fourth Amendment-Exclusionary Rule suppression of tainted evidence-Fruit of Poisenous Tree;

--Selective Enforcement of the Law;
--Substantive Due Process rights to privacy to prohibit marijuana enforcement.

Anybody who thinks he's "The Punisher" is nothing more than a wacko vigilante who breaks the law to enforce the law.

Any pattern and practise of subverting due process, is a crime under The Fed Criminal Code sections that protect civil liberties.

Soon, you'll be running lynch mobs as proof of just how disloyal to the written rule of law, the vigilantes are, were, and will be.

What happens if vigilantes, become the hunted ones?

What would prosecutors do with that?

Could they try to diminish the self defense entrapment angle...or would they bulldoze the Marsupial Courts with cherry picked suspicions using tainted evidence?

Time served.....means we don't have to prove anything with legally obtained info...and we can punish without regard to any jurisprudence history.

The Community Polcing programs aren't even appreciated by prosecutors who are compartmentalized and misled....and remain incurious about these programs and stratified secretive abuses of sources, methods, tactics, and technology.

It's total stupidity meeting criminality on the road to perdition, ignorance, and disenguous grandstanding that always avoids full disclosure to narrow down "who, what, when, how, why".

On day 2 you spent over an hour pointing a rifle at my head, a red laser glaring across my glasses from my bedroom window.. counting back…3,2,1… multiple people laugh as I flinch. Over and over again until I begged for death. Tormented worse than terrorists. At least they die once, not a thousand times.

I was sober for 8 years. I built a life from nothing. I had a family, and a means to provide. I was established in society, until you showed up and took that from me. The only reprieve I have comes from another form of evil. Tormented by spooks and spirits alike.

I asked if you were here to arrest me or assassinate me. Immediately a voice replies and confirmed my fears. “Assassinate” was the only reply.

I know you’re FEDS. The technology used advice my confirms it, along with other details I’m not willing to share at this moment. If I miraculously were survive this, if God will give me the chance, I will spend every living moment I have to ensure this never happens again to another soul.
