this is what I always was under the impression was regarding Hydrogen Fuel Cells. You need current to separate the Hydrogen from the O2.

For any electrical motor vehicle. First create a lawnmower that is self-propelled and can mow a whole acre that costs less than 400 dollars.

This is a fraud and violates the 2nd law of thermodynamics. Water is an "ash" (it cannot be burned as it is already fully oxidized hydrogen). H can be extracted from H2O via electrolysis, but requires more energy to do this than would be achieved from burning the extracted hydrogen.

Western and Midwest America are in a drought. Orders to conserve water. Where you going to get all that water? Also instead of carbon dioxide as exhaust you'll have massive clouds of water vapor turning into ice in the winter and unbearable humidity in the summer making large cities a living hell.
