Im not ANTI-PREPPING, but if you are NOT spiritually prepared, what are you surviving for?
Get saved. Romans 10:9-11 explains how. Believe and confess! Christ died for your sins, and a sin is everything from murder to having told a lie, and if you have ever told a lie, you have sinned and you are seperated from God, and you need forgiveness, and yes a murderer will be forgiven aswell if he repents, which means stop trusting you can justify yourself based on what YOU have done, and start trusting that your justification before God rests solely on what Christ HAVE DONE (for us).
Christians are NOT appointed to wrath and will NOT go trough the tribulation, which means when you KNOW this is true, you can RELAX. Some bible prophecy to get you to realize this is the truth:
