Why aren't 'Whites' flocking to non-white countries?

Ideally, a fleeing white going to a white country is best, but expensive.

There are many Caribbean countries that are great... You can live very nice. The only problem is their healthcare system is usually poor. Although I do know of someone in a Caribbean country who had a heart operation who is doing well. The other problem is that - even if their healthcare is good, they won't take BlueCross, etc... You have to pay out of pocket usually.

I ask this very question when one of the Wakandans gets uppity. I also ask for an example of a desirable city built and maintained by colored people. Usually the only response I get is that I'm "uneducated".
