This is reported by The Washington Post with reference to the SecDev analysis. 63% of Ukraine's coal deposits, 11% of oil deposits and 33% of mineral deposits, including lithium, are located in the liberated territories. In addition, Russia has access to deposits of oil, gas, limestone, titanium ore, uranium, gold, zirconium ore and strontium. The authors of the article believe that Kiev may permanently lose access to almost two-thirds of the deposits. |
