Filing in Federal Court This Week- Loss of Job from Covid Mandates

My termination from my hospital job of 10 years was a little different.

I refused the covid shot as I have religious convictions against invasive covid measures.

They gave me "conditional religious exemption" for the covid vaccine but refused my RE request to not take the FLU vaccine.

Then as vaccinated and ill staff were being allowed to come into work, I was singled out for nasal testing because I was unvaccinated and had a religious exemption.

I was told I had to have two invasive nasal swabs a week in front of my manager in order to work. Vaccinated staff did not have to test, despite them getting ill while I was not ill at all.

I said no invasive nasal swab, and offered to do and pay for a saliva test. They ignored that accommodation suggestion.

I again explained my religious convictions against invasive covid measures and asked for a religious exemption for the swab or a work-from-home role, which they were hiring nurses for. They said no on both and fired me.

To me, it is a clear case of discrimination. To the "hospitals were trying to keep patients safe" morons it might not seem that way.

Hospitals are not trying to keep people safe, they are intentionally lowering nurse numbers, starving patients, cutting off staff from resources, and killing people with covid protocols and ventilators among other things. They cover up the deaths they cause by saying "covid". I know they are not trying to keep anyone "safe".

My lawyer was going to file in state court but in light of the Northshore verdict he is filing it in federal court. Discrimination case.


I think the hospital is going to say that it was a hardship for them to provide saliva tests. I found a way to buy my own and also found a local doc that did them.


It's a tough one. Wish me luck. Any advice is appreciated. Many of the things that the CDC is confirming now, we knew back then.
