I knew when the original version was released it was edited. This woman clearly has no respect for men, particularly black men, and even more so black men with authority.

If you want to fight a traffic ticket, do it in court. You'e gonna lose either way, but at least you go on about your business.

I've got a buddy that works traffic in a major metro. He'll tell you 50% of traffic stops are fishing expeditions. And 75% of tickets are complete bullshit. Yes, some asswipe chuggin' and swervin' needs to be gotten off the road and the smart ass running 75 in a 45 needs their ass reigned in, but the rest of this stuff especially equipment violations, brake lights, taillights, could just be a warning to get it repaired.

That said, fighting a cop is lose, lose. It's the unfortunate reality of a police state.

Watched it. Lady was nuts with attitude.
Best part was, after all the shrieking, when she was placed in squad car...

"Can I have my phone?"

**SLAM** Officer just slams squad car door closed.

IMO, First mistake was not calling for back-up,

second mistake was not allowing her to sign the ticket after she agreed to meet the officer's terms.

IMO, he allowed the situation to escalate when the opportunity to deescalate was at hand.

If her date had decided to toss his phone the couple could have "offed" the cop or beat the stuffing out of him.

he did deescalate and gave her enough opportunity to comply with the warning that she could go to jail if she did not sign. He told her this and she understood.

So basically what you're telling me is de-escalation should occur even when the officer commits to the arrest? You are insane. If that were the case, nearly all arrests could be gotten out of which defeats the purpose of accountability.

the chic was too preoccupied with texting the lawyer. that is why she kept asking for his badge number. She was not paying attention when he gave it to her twice, along with his name. Also the officer's name and badge number is listed on the citation instrument, not to mention her bf was recording it! Lol Like I said she was busy texting her attorney during the contact with the cop. The chick definitely was chasing a lawsuit.

once he says you’re under arrest it’s too late to take it back and be nice

can I please sign the ticket, Mr. Brooks?

can I please have my phone, Mr. Brooks?

LOL!

they all seem to lose it right as the handcuffs come out, it’s like they’re animals going to be put into a cage and they freak out

We must have watched different videos. She was given multiple chances to sign and chose not to until she was under arrest.

Don't play games with cops. When they give you the opportunity to sign to promise to appear, you should gratefully accept that option and fight it in court.

Sissy apologists like you only empower these children to throw tantrums. He was completely reasonable with both of them until she started acting like she was in charge and ignoring his lawful commands. The cop is under no obligation to deescalate anything once people start acting like spoiled children.

Let's hope you go acting like this the next time you're arrested.

That's straight up intimidation tactic, to force people to accept the charge.
Sign or go to jail. what a BS. Typical dictator intimidation tactics. An extra confrontation excuse, so the cops can escalate the situation.
She had a bad attitude and reacted pretty bad, but that cop is a power tripping bully.
Scumbags, all of them. the whole idea to ticket someone for being in a park at night is BS. They didn't bother anyone. Aske them to leave and give them a warning, but that's not why the cop was there. he was there to make his fines quota.

It's disgusting to see the huge number of violent crimes happening while the cops are going around harrasing people in the park, for the ticket quota.

this was explained by the officer. signing the ticket is not an admission of guilt. Your signature is promissory note to appear before the court. If you do not then they must take you to court there and then, hence, the arrest. Get it? smdh

I agree, aside from out-of-state people should get some bit of a break. I make plenty of drives semi-countryside that go from 55 to 30mph in any given moment, with inadequate warning. I've also been in places that I assume a speed limit is something until I see a sign that says it's something else. Some areas you need some familiarity with, which is something out-of-towners aren't afforded.

Here is why many respectable Black Guys don't want to date a colored woman either.
(I can't blame em either)

Ever been in a NICE restaurant where there is a table of ALL Black women (I am talking a place where the bill is going to be decently over $100/person). OMG they ruin the atmosphere for the entire part of the restaurant that they are sitting in. Happens EVERY TIME too!! LOUD. OBNOXIOUS. DEMANDING. SHOUTING XXX stuff at each other. Sheesh. Yep even the ones with LOTS of money are just unbearable to be around in public. I have NEVER seen that happen with Black Males in such an establishment, only Black Females. It is a Black Female cultural norm I have concluded.

Black women love to act all tough when they think they are the boss. My buddy is a cop in Newark NJ, and her says everyone knows black women are the worst. 99% of incidents end in arrest because she refuses to cooperate over the STUPIDEST things. And btw he's black too.
