This is just the expired or defected formula being disposed.
I just think it would be better to feed your babies with contaminated formula made in "unsanitary conditions"
This is how ANY "bad lot" of food that is recalled or fails FDA/USDA inspections. Happens all the time.
WTF do you think happens to all the food that is recalled?
