I've said it a million times... the only thing Alec Baldwin can conceivably get charged with is negligence for safely handling a firearm... a slap on the wrist.
THE ARMORER can get charged with manslaughter and is infinitely more culpable than Alec Baldwin... there should have NEVER been a live round in that gun.
Buck stops with the ARMORER. She might get charged with CRIMINAL negligence resulting in a homicide, or manslaughter.
Then, probably the entire production will get sued for damages in civil court as well. Alec could get hit again, since he was a producer on the film and everyones safety was his responsibility.
But no CRIMINAL charges for Alec... not happening.
