I'm buying a loud bluetooth speaker on September 28 2022 n his workout videos are going help me 50 pounds I weigh 250 at 5 11

I'm actually going to buy a 32 gig usb stick on Aug 28 n download all his videos with good sonsg n workout to his videos I dowbnloeded to my big 56 inch TV with loud music
Connect USB stick to my tv

Not for nothing those workouts were awesome and really worked up a sweat!

My mother had this on VHS. It was her go to when she needed to lose a few pounds. She is 75 now and looks AMAZING!

Great Memories....I used to dance with my mom to Richard Simmons when I was a kid....We had so much fun!!! Anything fun to get people up off their asses is great in my opinion...
