I would never go to a club that wanted to control my ability to see, speak or be heard.

I don't go around staring, but I have had women THAT I NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT IN PASSING, claim that I was staring at them before.

A drunk woman in a club, or a drunk man, could easily catch a fleeting glance and make a mountain of it, and we all know that's what will happen.

So, I recommend everyone avoid a place with a rule to suggest that kind of thing to bad people.
