The poison shot doesn't stop you from getting covid nor spreading it so this rule is nothing but a bullshit rule that has nothing to do with public health and everything to do with obedience to tyrannical government authority. He is being punished for not complying and taking the poison shot. This is violating the Nuremburg code here against coerced medical procedures.
