But when winter comes and the growing slows and so does business I fast ALOT and become absolutely militant on my diet. During the spring and summer I have to eat sometimes not the best since I'm on the run and can't always bring a grass fed and finished ribeye or sockeye salmon. Every fall and winter the fasting, the eating stupid clean, and the slower pace at work and the more working out, it completely rejuvenates me and heals my body. I always start spring at a waist size 29" and by fall I'm back up to a 31" or 32" because of carvs and the less than stellar food. I won't eat twinkies or McDonalds, but I will fuck up some Pollo Tropical Tropi-chops with guava bbq or some corned beef hash, grits, and a fruit salad. Fall, back to basically a carnivore diet of organ meats with some greens and berries.
