Dutch commandos enrolled in anti terrorism, urban conflict training in Indiana. 3 shot outside of an Indianapolis hotel. I guess their training didn't prepare them for Indianapolis:

Three Dutch commandos who were training in anti-terrorism in Indiana are shot and wounded outside Indianapolis hotel: Two are in critical condition

-Three members of the Dutch Commando Corps were found wounded by police outside of a Hampton Inn in Indianapolis around 3:30 am


-Two of the men are in critical condition in a local hospital


-Police have said that there were plenty of witnesses to the shooting but that no arrests have been made

-The group was in Indiana as part of a training program in urban conflict

...Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad reports that the wounded men are members of the anti-terrorism 108 Commando Company. The group is training at a facility designed to teach urban combat.

'The shooting took place in front of the hotel where the commandos are staying,' said a ministry spokesperson. 'The incident happened during the military members’ free time.'

First rule of an urban environment is you do not put yourself unnecessarily in harms way and especially so if you are trained militia. I am a civilian with a lifetime CCW and I would not be in downtown Indy (my home state) at 3:30am. Certainly not at a club. These commandos are clueless about both OpSEC and Situational Awareness. American cities are war zones and for them not to understand that and be prepared accordingly, well the Dutch are in some serious trouble.
