So let me get this straight your boss is a phaqqot who likes to do drag shows as a second job and it's interfering with his main job, you complained that your boss is not doing his job properly because of said second job and now they are calling you a homophobe? No, the way I see it the employer called the boss a phaqqot and is forcing him into a second job of stripping for a living. The employee is getting a lawyer to protect the boss from himself and his employer. Ask your boss if there's something you can do to help him earn more money.
