I was thinking today - if you consider the biggest cities in the world - on public transportation- subways, busses, trams … they are packed with people during rush hour. Every car has almost a hundred people. If this were happening at any significant rate, you would have people keeling over left and right every single day as a statistical fact. Ocean of people walking down the halls.. people should be keeling over left and right if this were really happening. It would be hard not to notice and hard to hide. If this were happening we would hear about it I’d imagine.

What would you call "a significant rate"?
