Let me correct they headline, “Black Man Dies from Racism”. Many people aren’t aware of the history of slave masters preventing their slaves from learning how to swim. If they could swim they could more easily escape. So, they didn’t allow it. Unfortunately this institutional racism continues to this very day.
Quoting: Corporal Punishment  Black folks have had almost two centuries now since SLAVERY to learn to swim. Free lessons are offered everywhere. They could become expert swimmers to spite YT, right?
