I only read negative comments.

You are thinking how dumb is that ?

Let me explain.A lot of companies have employees spam big sites with positive comments. How wonderful a product/service is blah blah blah.

If you are reading the comments section prior to making a purchase you are already pretty much going to buy the product.

You will get a few thousand reviews up votes confirming how wonderful product/service is.

Go to the negatives where you find consistencies in the feed back from customers.

For instance hypothetically speaking Say Mr Smith bought a Phone from said company,and 6 weeks later the back detached.Below his comment, is another comment saying pretty much the same.And a few more comments saying there are quality control issues with the hand sets.

They all say when they purchased they read only the thousands of positive comments made by Spam Bots in China.

Never fully trust positive feedback .It is no longer 100% a reliable method.

Go to negative comments see if what you are buying will be problem free.And not fall apart down the line.

Companies can spam positive feedback for sure.They can not stop the trustworthy negative comments though :-)
