I think it comes from the parental education
These people they migrate somewhere and they educate their children as if they still were in north africa or africa or south america, not in europe on in america.
Their parents most of the time dont know how to read or write
What can you expect When it is like this
Certainly not an appropriate education

If most of you wouldn’t attack an old lady
Its because you have an appropriate education given by your families that is adapted to the country you live in
And also because the moral principles of your families are adapted to the country you live in
