My guess is, he was referring "last week" as in last week when zuck went on JR talking about the Efbeeye..except he didnt finish the sentence before starting his antidotal story about the white house.

I've seen him speak like this many times. It's like

"Oh God, you want to talk about that idiot zuck...last week(he went on Rogan's show)...he came to the whitehouse (once)"

You just have to fill in the blanks.
