Train them. Look at something that's barely visible to read and read it. Then step back a step and try to read it again.

I do it with a large map I hung on the wall.

Redo your garden then you might focus on the newest veggy.

Seriously my eye sight is much better after working in the garden. I think it is the increased blood flow and sun exposure.

Apparently its common when you hit around 45 years of age.

I am 51.

Only happens when I watch too much screen time.

Any tips on how to stop it, other than not watching too much screen time?!

Op I hate to tell you this, but it only gets worse, you can slow it down but get used to it. You will have to make adjustments to compensate for your vision loss and get glasses and even glasses can not give me good vision back.

At age 45 is when my vision started to decline, it went down hill fast. 20 years later it is a disability. Do everything you can now to slow down your vision loss. It is good that you asked for tips.

Beware of some "natural cure scams" I have spent a fortune on many expensive supposedly proven vision restoration formulas and none of them helped.

I use lutein, zeaxanthin, with omega 3. I also use oily vitamin A. Light at dawn 710nm is good for the eyes. To look far away, far horizon. Cover one eye for one minute and then invert. Repeat twice. Apply ozonized oil a little away from the eye opening. Drip castor oil when eyes are dry or irritated or red.

Re: Any natural "cures" for blurry vision?
Iodine supplement.

I take 3 drops of Lugols 2% in a glass of water daily.

I went from 20:550 vision and lost adaptation to close and near vision to near 20:20 with restored adaptation.

Actually I was using Polarpure during that time, which is elemental iodine.

I think Polarpure went out of business or was sold.

Squeeze 2 drops of lemon juice into one tablespoon of coconut oil and mix well. Gently rub the mix into your eyes. Rinse well and repeat if necessary.

With your eyes open swivel your eyes balls around in the largest circle and as fast as you can for about 20 seconds. This exercises the eye muscles and will delay your need for reading glasses for a year or so. The effect is immediate (better close focus).

Tip, do not do this when people are watching as it looks as though you are mad.

Re: Any natural "cures" for blurry vision?
I had to improve my vision to get a job driving . I researched natural methods to in prove eye sight ...it was a book I found somewhere. The author went into great length on eating raw sunflower seeds. The way the sunflower tracks the sun is part of the magic that helps the eye . I passed the eye test and got hired !

Re: Any natural "cures" for blurry vision?
Lasik- lens replacement
Vitamin B-2 as R-5-P as an ete drop with uv light (or sunlight)
avoid blue light (all screens)
Eye exercises may help-but...
as lasik has shown us it is the shape of the cornea that refracts light towards the lens. The cornea proteins fold improperly from diet/lack of uv,lack of b vitamins ...that causes myopia.
if you cannot read up close its lens rigidity caused from too much polyunsaturated fats- cataracts also are caused by these fats.
Since you do not clarify "blurry" I am not sure what your vision issue is.
