I just read that, since they have been recording such things, Costa Rica has experienced 4 tropical cyclones. One each in 2016,2017 and earlier this year. Don't remember the date of the 4th one,but fairly recent. Usually the cyclones pass over Northern CR and Nicaragua, but the whole country usually get hvy rains and tailwinds. If a significant EQ were to hit during heavy rains, with all the hills in CR and water saturated soil, there could be thousands of landslides and roads damaged, total doom. |

You’re welcome ![]() I’ve seen other ppl mention Sep 23rd as a big date…..not for this reason though. I find it interesting cos we’ve recently had some geostorms and all of a sudden there are hurricanes forming in the Atlantic, usually they start up earlier than this , they seem to be bypassing USA and heading for uk though. Probably blow themselves out by the time they reach here though. I don’t know why this guy is assuming September 23rd though? |

Quoting: RubyV82 In our previous work (Al-Rubaidi 2022b), We anticipated a Solar Storm on 23 September 2022; we realized that Tropical Cyclone likely coincides with a Solar storm based on recent studies; statistical evidence for this phenomenon indicates that September is the peak of hurricane season. Therefore, the anticipation of an extreme Solar storm on 23 September 2022 will enhance the likelihood of tropical cyclones. In this scenario, the repercussions will be tremendous, wreaking havoc on infrastructure and impacting individual lives significantly“ Less than 50% [link to www.researchgate.net (secure)] I know how much glp loves a prediction so thought I would drop this here for those that are interested ![]() |
