At our apartment complex we've been seeing rapidly increasing numbers of out of state plates on vehicles of people who have recently moved in. Out of state plates aren't that unusual as we do have a big university in town but in the over 8 years we've lived here we have never seen so many- and most are not students. Fortunately not a lot of liberals move here, they seem to congregate downtown or in the east end of town around their own kind- they don't want their friends to see them living around blue collar people.

So there is rentals left?? interesting? whats the rent?

It's true OP. I know 3 Cali liberal families that moved to texas in the past year. Probably way more to come.

People will accelerate their plans quite a bit when a Tsunami hits California. It will escalate from controlled planned exit to "run for your lives!" Those are the smart ones. The tsunami is only the warning of the next event.

My friends that moved are sick of the fires, homeless and high prices here. They said homes are alot cheaper in texas.

Ours is just over $800 (not counting ANY utilities, none are included in rent) but new tenants are paying close to $1300 (also no utilities included) for the exact same apartment. When we renewed our lease a few months ago we were afraid they would jack our rent up to match but surprisingly it only increased by about $40.

Californians are the dumbest people on the planet. They will never realize it due to the idiotic amount of money they paid for their status, by way of degree.
