Trump gave the signature Truther speech to Americans in his 2017 presidential inaugural speech.

Before that speech, the American right had never articulated a fucking word about Truther politics for the simple reason the American right was stuck in Barry Goldwater era political conspiracy where the assumption was the America government was being infiltrated by communist/globalists infiltrators.

In 2017, newly elected president Trump changed all of that.

The conspiracy paradigm shifted.

American and Western governments were no longer infiltrated, instead American and Western governments were Communist/globalists and these communist/globalist were working to destroy people and countries.

That conspiracy paradigm is now world wide, and though it varies in detail and articulation, its generally called, "Q".
