Enter a date and time. Of the entitled and gifted family prodigy within the world, closest Time and DOD wins. Time will be chosen upon the world clock. GMT (Zulu) For those in the Military. Just to avoid confusion. Greenwich Mean Time for others. Yes date also. This must be reported by time and date of the BBC. If there are multiple dates and times then we will go by the collective media reports to the nearest minute.
In other words. If the BBC says 9/9/2022 at 1500z. And there are other reports with local time where you live. The official time will prevail. Your local time does not count. IF there are multiple reports with multiple times the the collective will prevail in regards to Global time.
So if you are on the east coast of the USA and we are in daylight savings time (we are not saving) anyway. GMT is -5 hrs from local time. Once daylight savings time is canceled it is -4 hours from GMT.
