nutmeg User ID: 76388104 United States 09/12/2022 04:31 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Happened to me years ago. I have an irregular heartbeat that is corrected/cured with a vitamin supplement. I initially visited the Chief of Cardiology at the University of Pennsylvania, which is a GREAT hospital. He prescribed meds that didn't work. Then he increased the dosage. Didn't work. A young guy told me about CoQ10. I started taking it, and it stopped the irregular beat and produced a regular rhythm within two weeks. I was so relieved and told that cardiologist... who said I was wrong....that it could not have done that. I never went to him again. Last Edited by nutmeg on 09/12/2022 04:35 PM |

They need your business. Quoting: nutmeg Happened to me years ago. I have an irregular heartbeat that is corrected/cured with a vitamin supplement. Thanks for the input bro, been taking coq10 for a decade to protect my heart. I also noticed that I have extra energy when I take it. When I mis it for several days my energy levels go down. Most people in the US are deficient in Omega-3. They don't want you doing anything to protect yourself, they want you sick, stupid, and dead. Plot Twist! Doc helped me get off the prescriptions and prescribed OTC nutritional therapy, and gave me passwords into research studies. I lost 120 pounds of retained fluid, blood pressure went to normal, autoimmune problems are controlled and I felt like a teenager again! I am on supplements for life. I get a full nutritional panel blood test once a year to adjust my dosages. In addition to liquid vitamins, I took 22 additional supplement pills. Now there are only 12 in my pill cup. Best advice doctors gave me was to stay out of the clinic if I want a long healthy life, and he helped me develop herbal elixir to use when needed. Fuck Big Pharm, fuck AMA, FDA and fuck insurance dictators who tell the doctors what their patients need. |

She said calcium supplements cause heart disease, she says it's all over the top google search results. She started acting like she was on a crusade to warn everyone about how dangerous calcium supplements are and how you'll get heart disease if you take them. I didn't even respond, it's all so obvious. If you can't see it, I don't know what to say. |

Am hoping we will once again return back to natural and homeopathic health care. But it will only be when many more die from all their fuckery. To regulate my heartbeat, I must take it every single day. If I skip a dose, my arrhythmia will start again within 24 hours. It's crazy! As an RN, I am amazed how this vitamin works! I did read that it's produced in our body until the 30's and/or the age of 40. After that...no more. Thus the need for a supplement. By the way, I order it online. If you get on their email list, they will offer discounts. I have been buying Vitacost brand for years.... I added another comment above. I have been using the Vitacost brand for many years. Perhaps most brands are fine. I just stuck to the Vitacost brand because it works. Anyone in their 40's, take 60mg or 100mg per day. I was taking 30mg, and a wonderful cardiologist in NYC told me to take 60-100 mg /day when I was 45. If you're older.... over 55 or 60, you might want to increase it. I have a 65 year old relative who takes 400 mg per day in divided doses. I'm glad he does. He took the vaccine! UGH!
