CoQ10 works, but don't skip a dose/a day!

The day you take your first dose, expect the arrhythmia to disappear in two weeks.

I get most of the supplements from Amazon.

Base is Tropical Oasis Mega Vitamins and Tropical Oasis Brain Power in a glass of coconut water to wash down the pills.

A big spoon of coconut oil to help the pills slide down.

Blood tests showed I need additional magnesium threonate, methyl folate. D3/K2, coq10, zinc. I also take nitric oxide, Antioxidant Extreme and salmon oil.

I'm on a highly restrictive diet. No gluten, no soy, no msg, no potatoes, no tomatoes, no chemicals or artificial flavors, coloring or preservatives, no HFCS. I eat meat, fish, chicken, most vegetables, a little brown rice, all the organic apples I want, fresh berries, lemons and limes, apple cider vinegar, olive oil and cultured dairy in small amounts.

Favorite meals are grilled steak and mushrooms on a bed of greens, bacon bleu cheese salad with homemade dressing, and tacos.

I can't take anything stronger than Tylenol for pain and inflammation so the yard is my pharmacy. I make an elixir of fermented herbs in black cherries and I can stay mostly pain free.

Better to consume their very expensive cocktails of experimental drugs they can't even be bother to test anymore, so they get their kickbacks.

Bunch of criminals. I’ve seen people have short term reactions to Energy drinks but never Vitamins and supplements taken correctly. They are working to ban over the counter supplements and make them all prescription within the next couple of years. Codex Alimentarius.

my issue is the utter LACK of diagnostic acumen. - Skill in figuring out what is wrong in the first place.

If you don't work to find out the reason, nothing helps. I am talking about docs here.

How to tell if a speckly rash is bleeding under the skin -

take a clear glass and press it on the area. If the spots disappear under the pressure, it is NOT a skin issue, but a bleeding problem.

I think they might be right, how do we know the source/manufacturer?

I was taking a regular concoction of herbal tablets and I started getting chest pains. Stopped and it went away, got back on them it came back, being curious I repeated two more times with the same results before I decided to stop.

I am now working my way through them now a month a time to find which one is doing it.

When I find which one or which mix which is doing it I will be sure to post the details here.

My daughters cardiologist wanted to put her on cholesterol medicine, even though her TOTAL cholesterol was only 60 !!! Normal total cholesterol for a female is 125 to 200.
The doctors are basically pill pushers !
