I planned on homeschooling my children and I will teach them to NEVER let anyone put their hands on you.

Guarantee the attackers parents have no love in their hearts and dad is not around.

Anyone who acts like that should be sent to labor camps. Not just black people.

Wow, I'm at a loss for words on the terror that child faces in his school. I send my children to private evangelical Christian schools (not Catholic) where all of us parents are like minded. No misbehavior at school and the kids are all friends.

I agree that this is not a bad plan; however, this is why I taught my children to be respectful to everyone until given very good reason not to. And then we worked most of their young lives on how to beat the living shit out of someone regardless of size.

It worked (in the end). The oldest got his ass handed to him in one fight that he stood against a guy 2 years older and twice his size, but that was while standing up for someone that was being bullied. He kicked the next guys ass, and never got beat again - didn’t have to (and even became friends with the “bully” later on - I think he changed him).

The youngest never allowed anyone to push him, and he’s the most well adjusted “bad ass” I’ve ever known. He lost a fight or two when he was younger as a result, but never started one and never lets it get to him when that happens - always bounces back. Now he fights better than I ever could, but doesn’t have to because he understands respect.

Proud of both and I’m confident they can handle themselves regardless of circumstance or environment. Best thing is that neither would EVER start a fight and they love everyone they meet. They are both good at making anyone they meet feel as if they’re the most important person in the room. Much better than I ever did.

So, I guess my point is even If you choose to homeschool, teach your kids (or allow them to learn) how to fight - but remember what’s important at the same time. It will be important.

I work with special Ed students. The reality is that wild children come in all races. The problem is that parents are afraid to discipline children so you have total brats who actually threaten the lives of others and are disrespectful toward adults. It is often given the label “oppositional defiant.”

Sometimes those children are so bad that they bite and spit on others. Throw chairs. These are the same that hit their mothers and give families absolute Hell.
Adults can’t do anything for fear of getting in trouble, so a group of kids will deal with it wood shed style.

The parents and society are to blame for these oppositional defiant children that are coddled and pandered to by a social system that reinforces negative behavior.

I’ve watched parents reward the child that just spent the morning hitting and screaming at them by taking them out for a fun afternoon of shopping.

So, the back story could be that this little lighter colored skin boy is a complete brat and everyone was tired of it.

So what! Plenty of other people do!

I can say with reasonable confidence that if that were my child or grandchild, there would be no need for a trial.

I hope the inmates see this and he is put into GP.

I don't give a shit what color he or the victim are.

But in all likelihood, He will get ROR'd and never see or hear another thing about it
