Where are the statistics for actual crime prevention?

To my knowledge….There are no requirements for law enforcement to tell you or notify you with a warrant to covertly search your online presence or anything stored in any cloud storage service. Privacy does not extend to anything electronic/internet. They do need a warrant to enter your home and search your computer if not connected to the internet.

If you want this changed along with the patriot act write your representative or senator! And vote…tell everyone to vote!

But that is still different to proactively sending it off to the FBI so the STASI can covertly spy on you.

So does google, amazon, and all the rest......... there is no privacy. Your phones, texts, emails, shopping habits, communications, EVERYTHING!!!!

Mine too, citing many examples and I hope the FBI reads them. In fact, they're my intended audience.

It's not just the FBI though - the problem is the legislation, the Patriot Act, that allows our government to be weaponized against American citizens. There's a lot to be done to restore our Constitution and the rights of American citizens.
