It is how you make the officers feel at ease when they approach you. When I am pulled over I get my license, my ccw and my registration out and put them on the dash. If it is at night I turn on all the interior lights and I roll down all the windows. I then place my hands at ten and two and wait for the officer to arrive an inform me of the reason for the stop. I was pulled over 6 times last year and not once was my license even run. In every case they didn't even write a warning.

Grow up and learn how to deal with authority. Learn about human nature and maybe you will live a long time.
