Same tire keeps getting low pressure even after buying new tires
Is there anything on the wheel itself that could cause a tire to lose pressure? I thought I just had a slow leak and I was due for new ones so I didn’t really pursue it. Now the new tires doing it, same wheel. Happens about every 2 weeks. The weird thing is the new tire went a few months before it started happening. A disgruntled neighbor maybe??

Rim or the valve? If they didn’t replace the valve you went to cheapskates.

Could be a bent rim or seal.
Or ..valve stem.

If you live where it snows it's highly likely the valve stem.

Metal stems corrode and rubber ones rot.

Could be a bent wheel or bad valve stem. Spay w/ a combo of water and dish soap and look for bubbles.

Hundo P that rim is haunted. Check for an exorcist in your area before it spreads to the whole car.

Good advise above.

I've seen porous and cracked rims. More common is the valve stem leaking.

Wheels are cheap.

Happened to me a few times.

Shocks etc can cause it.

But I've had two vehicles with broken control arms.

It happens.

It's added selective stress on that particular side.

Can turn a brand new tire to shit..in months.

Especially if you live in a shit county with potholes every other mile.

Aluminum corrosion from chrome plating.they can wire wheel the crap off then glue stuff to seal it.i have same problem with my z rated tires on crappy mags.its best to just sandblast the mags to bare aluminum.that chrome aint worth it.

Spray a can of fix a flat into each of your tires. it'll seal up any leak.

Re: Same tire keeps getting low pressure even after buying new tires
Check the wheelbase.

Invest in a shifting spanner for loosening that nut.

On a serious note...maybe convert to nitrogen and see if it happens/stops/or slows down.

Big tires, like on a truck always need TLC...just sheer size alone can be a factor. I'm always tweeking all 4 on my truck...this slowed way down when I converted to nitrogen.

A little piece of the e-brake cable corroded off and was pushing getting caught under the brake shoe and heating the hub up causing a leak

It's the sensor in valve stem.
