Is it possible there was an exposed wire in contact with any of the surfaces he was lying on?

A wire not necessarily visible to where you two were?

Also..it is possible that when the sweat you were wiping linked you to his skin it created an arc.

Possibilities:

1) If he was sitting on a metal glider or something, perhaps it got electrified from a frayed wire in the house?
Maybe he was getting electrocuted and not having a seizure at all? Maybe a nail or other fastener has been driven into a wall, where it punctured an electrical wire?

2) You discovered a new phenomenah. Electric Eel powers in a human!

3) Were you touching something else that was accidentally electrified?

4) Is there a strong B field in the area? High voltage powerlines? Transformers? Radar dish? If he was sitting in a metal glider, the glider acted as an antenna and coverted the oscillating B field into a generated voltage potential?

5) An affectionate cat generating static electricity by rubbing against his or your latex gimp suit?

For you to see sparks it'd have to be a decently high AC or impulse voltage. Low DC like batteries and charges don't make bolts of electricity, it takes 10,000 volts to jump a 1cm air gap.

This was my thought as well.

The poppling and crackling happens a lot with directed energy weapons, microwaves. I had a TI girl tell me about it, the painful popping and crackling. I was able to record the noise as the microphone placed next to her head could pick it up. You'll notice if you talk to these people they get seizures frequently, nosebleeds, vertigo, pressure in the head, sensations of being cooked.

This on a mass scale is part of their genocide scheme.

That is very interesting, because a seizure is basically an electrical storm in the brain.

Nobody ever teaches anybody to put water on the head (or a cool cloth) when they are seizing, so you may have discovered something interesting.

Unfortunately, neurologists are about as imaginative as a brick wall and they ONLY thing they ever look at is the EEG when diagnosing seizures.

There are numerous phenomenon of people with TLE (temporal lobe epeilspy) having psychic phenomenon before and during seizures, but they also refuse to discuss that.

Neurologists are assholes... you will get nowhere with them.

But that is very, very interesting, because I have TLE, and I shock everything in the wintertime. It's annoying. Nobody else in my family does. And when I walked under street lights, they flicker. (I know another person with TLE who this happens to, too.)

Maybe those of us with epilepsy might have a build up of extra electricity in our bodies compared to normal people.

Yes, I am thinking along those lines too.

A seizure is a brain storm.....when imaged, it looks like a thunder storm on the affected areas of the brain.....our bodies are electrical.....

i didnt SEE any electricity or sparks, i FELT them..
it wasnt right away either.
the wet towel was a dish towel folded twice on his forehead so it was really thick..
and the popcorn popping like was on the back of his neck only.

I was holding a wet sponge on a lady's skin cancer site dressing on her nose. It was right after lunch in the summer and the sun outside made it kind of relaxed and dozy, as I kept rewetting the sponge in warm water to soak off the bandage put on the day before.
