It depends on what formula they used during the embalming process. They won't last forever but they can last a couple of weeks. Especially since she was not overweight (overweight dead bodies are harder to keep fresh for very long.)

The bottom line, embalming is a temporary preservation of a body. They all begin to rot about a month after burial. They become a real mess.
