Quoting: Anonymous Coward 74152670 I get off work at 10pm. It's pitch black out. I live in a fairly rural area. So in that 5 miles I pass 50 vehicles max. Each night I see 5 or 6 vehicles with no headlights. About 1 in 10. This rarely happened before covid. Every so often you'd run across a vehicle that didn't have their headlights on but it wasn't even every day... But not 10% of the vehicles., Many with one head light only. I think the point is clearly made. |
