In the 90s, a writer published an article in Popular Science on DUMBS and ETs - He was put in federal prison

Phil Schneider speaks to this in his infamous interview from 1995. He also claims that the people who take on the jobs "down there" agree that if they ever talk they will get imprisoned, or worse.

I've spent quite a few years in NM, which is a home of the Dulce DUMB. Upon researching it online, it seems legit as tons of people have direct testimonies about it.
