"OREGANO DOSING GUIDE

As of right now, you want to avoid Swanson, Puritans Pride and Nature's Truth.

Each dose should be a minimum of 40mg carvacrol. This could be in one or two caps. A typical 10:1 should have 40mg carvacrol minimum in 300mg oil, or two caps.

If you are taking a high carvacrol brand (60mg or more) take 1 morning 1 night. Don't overdo it. Everyone's die off experience will be different and weight is not a factor.

There are only two recommended products. Carlyle (sold as 4000mg) and NOW brand. Carlyle is the typical 40mg per 2 caps as outlined in the protocol. This is a good idea to start with. NOW is the most potent and affordable. If you are not experiencing die off with Carlyle move to NOW. If you start with NOW, try 1 morning and 1 night and see how it goes first."

I think folks take the NOW capsules fyi.

NOW brand Oregano Oil caps are 99.5mg carvacrol per cap. Taking only 1 in the morning and 1 at night is all you will need. This product is made stronger due to steam distillation and added fennel and ginger. For some it may be too strong. If it is, Carlyle's product also uses an essential oil cut with carrier but each cap is only 20mg carvacrol. That is a good option if NOW die off is too intense. Hope this helps.

OK everyone I'm back. Just to update my glp friends who haven't had access to the threads on 4ch, I've been in an epic battle against a mystery illness, and it's hit many that I know. I'm just about back to normal and will be continuing the research on improving brain function and removing the limitations imposed by this fungus. I'll be posting updates on findings here, as well as the 4ch threads.

It is easy and economical to make your own colloidal silver.
The manufacturers of colloidal silver do what they can to discourage people from this. That is perfectly understandable. They cannot be condemned for this. Business is business. We have to find the truth for ourselves. That has always been challenging. Personally (and I'm probably wrong), they're missing some potential buyers. If people knew they need not depend on a supplier for something they found very useful, they would be more willing to buy a bottle and try it. That's how I started using colloidal silver. I was so desperate about my repeated sinus infections that I was ready to try anything, even snake oil. It worked, nothing had before. Hi everyone.

It looks like we'll be updating the protocol to make it more clear on how to take oregano oil in it's various forms.

Originally we focused on 10:1 extracts because they were plentiful. Work from our friend Space Cowboy and also R made it blatantly obvious that many brands were misrepresenting their product's active compounds.

This led to a situation where the product was too weak and no die off occurred for some users. Later when they switched brands everything changed.

This birthed a frustrating realization that people wanted to help themselves but were thwarted by dishonest products.

The new focus will be based on carvacrol content and extraction method. The bare minimum for a morning or evening dose should be 40mg. The general top end for carvacrol is around 100mg. Some people have severe die off with only 40mg, some require something stronger.

We've been watching the patterns unfold here and on the Chan forum. We've always tried to avoid pushing certain brands, but with the level of dishonestly in product labeling it's going to make sense to offer many alternatives to choose from.

The new guidelines will be based on carvacrol content. This means that if the product doesn't list the amount it should be avoided.

Oregano generally has Carvacrol, Thymol, Eugenol and Rosmarinic acid. This varies based on species and where it is sourced. The most important compounds for protocol purposes are Carvacrol and Thymol. To date, only one company polled actually tracked Thymol content so we will be focusing on Carvacrol.

I recommend all the products that the Health Ranger (Mike Adams) sells ... His brand of black seed oils and his Oregano capsules (and NAC) are pure and very close to the suggested strength ... I've found them very effective, but I could not tolerate them for more than a month at a time ... they, not only, killed the fungi, in that time, but my body is still "shedding" traces of them and their slimey homes ...a month after I stopped taking them

I will begin another month of the complete protocol, starting tomorrow - but I needed that month to recover my energy - and feel stronger than I have in a long time now - there is no more signs of their overwhelming presence but there is still a lot of work to be done to wash out their limiting "infrastructures" before we are functioning Normally.

Yes, and hopefully everyone is figuring out that while our minds may not have a firewall per se, they do come equipped with an auto-pilot and auto-correct if you know how to access them. An intermediary 'siri/Alexa' type of thing that goes between head heart and gut. Plus, if you can navigate multiverse, it can do that without hesitation. IT is there to protect against an invasive voice, like the CDF/black mold etc. 'Magic mushrooms' speak, as do their evil cousins.

About 2 months in on the protocol.

Currently battling perianal lichen schlerosus or perianal histoplasmosis. Hard to tell which it is simply by looking at photos.

Perianal lichen schlerosus looks A LOT like perianal histoplasmosis in appearance and symptoms.

Had this for years, but didn't know what it was. Protocol helped clear the fog and start making sense of what's what in my life, and my symptoms. Amazing healing so far.

Feels like the fungus is all in on this perianal site. I started applying high terpene high CBD cannabis oil topically on affected area. Any other ideas welcome.

Chances are those states of mind are not naturally yours but created by the shrooms. So you're not widening your consciousness and awareness, your accepting fairy tales by the candy selling clown car lurking you in and away from your own natural being and its possibilities. Better to find a technique or school to help you lucid dream or get obe's without use of chemicals, fungi or lab made.

I think both your opinions are simply that. There is a world you can enter on tryptamines. But mushrooms (in that sense) are a sort of muddled version). There s a reason for our MAOi system as well as a reason for our pineal gland pumping out novel variations of DMT. The worlds are not so cut and dry as many may posit. Everyone must allow for the subtly of differences between pints of view if we are going to achieve a balance in Universal health. Psilocybin helps PTSD etc. sufferers. It's a voice they might need. Every scenario is unique. While the 'everybody must get stoned idea' is bunk, your response is as well.

For what it's worth, I've been using Cubensis mushroom semi regularly to treat c-ptsd, and light recreation.

About 2 weeks ago, I had the most horrible experience 3-4 days after taking the shrooms. I fell into the most horrible depression ever and I nearly killed myself. A state of mind otherwise abnormal for me.

Shrooms can help and they've been very kind and helpful to me in the past, however be very weary of it if you embark on this protocol. Following my experience I strongly advise against mixing the two.
