Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
For 45ml water (1.5oz Xlear dispenser) to make an 11% solution one would have to add around 5.5g of xylitol
I made my current bottle with those proportions:

45ml 0.9% saline
0.28g salt
0.45g xylitol
0.24g soda
1 drop 12mg/ml GSE (on glicerol, I haven't seen any other solutions)

so the xylitol content could be increased over 10x to match the 11%
I'll try to test it out with my next batch

Xlear official website mentions that their solution is hypertonic which would imply a stronger saline solution than the physiological 0,9%

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
I think extra salt was included to prevent the mix from going bad. 0,9% normal saline solutions are said to expire in 16-48 hours after opening due to microorganisms growing in the medium, but increasing the concentration would interfere with it's isotonic properties. I think extra xylitol would address that since it's anti-microbial as well

I found an interesting entry on the wiki page for saline:

"An 11% solution of xylitol with 0.65% saline stimulates the washing of the nasopharynx and has an effect on the nasal pathogenic bacteria. This has been used in complementary and alternative medicine.[29]"

Good find. There might be something under patent filings with xlear or nutribiotic as well. 11% could be the starting point to try. I know at 0.2% gse it completely inhibits bacteria, but I found citricidal and it was concentrated at 0.1%, so the added xylitol plus saline must make the combination sterile.

The patent was a good lead, the Xlear website mentioned it as well so I looked it up:

[link to patents.google.com (secure)]

"1. An aqueous solution for nasal use comprising by weight 100 parts of water, between 65 parts to 1 part of xylitol/xylose, and between 0.95 and 0.45 parts of sodium chloride."

"3. The solution as defined in claim 2 comprising: 100 parts of water, 10 parts of xylitol/xylose, and 0.65 parts of sodium chloride."

"7. The solution as defined in claim 6 comprising: 100 parts of water and 10 parts of xylitol/xylose."

"The recommended dosage for infants under two is a spray in each nostril with each diaper change. This, also, could be expressed by administering two sprays of the solution about seven times a day. Each spray will deliver approximately five (5) milligrams per spray. With two sprays, seven times a day this would be approximately 70 milligrams per day."

Seems in line with the previous info, they seem to be sticking to 0.65% saline and 10% xylitol, so the normal saline should be more diluted if anything.

I'll stick to the 0.9% just because it's sterile and I don't want to contaminate it by accident, but I'll test out a mix with 5g xylitol in a bottle.

There are other related patents held by Xlear as well:
[link to patents.google.com (secure)]

I think this one discusses adding GSE because they mention glycerol, but I can't really make out most ingredients here:

"7. A pharmaceutical composition according to claim 2 wherein said humectant is selected from the group consisting of sorbitol, propylene glycol, glycerol, and mixtures thereof."

"Preferably, the dosage rate administered to the host can be in an amount of from about 1 mg to about 10 g, more preferably from about 1 mg to about 2 g, and most preferably from about 1 mg to about 1 g. Such dosages can be administered in nasal compositions having a concentration of xylitol of from about 0.001% to about 10% by weight, more preferably from about 0.001% to about 2% by weight, and most preferably from about 0.001% to about 1% by weight."

"As little as 1% xylitol/xylose in solution appears to be the effective minimum strength, the maximum strength is a saturated solution of 64 grams of xylitol/xylose per 100 cc.s of solution.
Mixing in a saline aqueous solution to facilitate one washing effect of the saline, the saline solution should be slightly hypotonic. The preferred saline solution is a 0.65% sodium chloride solution. The saline solution can be in the range from 0.45% sodium salt to 0.95% sodium salt. More than 0.95% sodium salt results in a burning sensation in the nasal passages. Sodium chloride is the preferred salt to make the saline solution although other compatible sodium compounds may be used."

"xylitol is soluble in solution up to 64.2 grams per 100 ml of solution."

"The following components were used to prepare the nasal delivery composition of Example 1:
TABLE 1
COMPONENTS AMOUNT (g/100 ml)
Xylitol 10-60
Sodium Citrate Dihydrate, U.S.P. 0.50

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
I can't quite figure out the GSE content.
Assuming 0.1% GSE with base (glycerol) we want 0,1ml per 100ml, my brand lists 15 drops as being 2,25ml so 0,15ml per drop. For a 45ml bottle one drop would be too much.
Assuming we want active content only that would be 10mg in 100ml so 4,5 mg in 45ml bottle. GSE brands I've seen so far have listed between 8 and 12mg/ml. Assuming 10mg/ml we get 1.5mg per drop so 3 drops per bottle. I'll stick to that amount see how it goes

so for a single bottle this recipe would be:
45ml / 1.5oz 0.65% - 0.95% saline
5-6g / 1tsp xylitol
1-3 drops Grapefruit Seed Extract*

better not to get big saline bottles as they are not considered sterile 1 day after opening. If you want to make your own always make it fresh.

So far I added 5g (1tsp) of xylitol to my bottle, I was worried it wouldn't dissolve but a few shakes and it was all clear again. It feels like the thing just started working properly now, I'm feeling my sinuses getting properly emptied again

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
I am so grateful for this protocol, I know that I have mentioned it before - but incase some nebies missed it ---

I really didn't expect for it to clear my scalp psoriasis - I first started noticing it in my twenties, and just assumed that it was hereditary since my dad had it ... so I have been dealing with it for fifty years ! and it was the first to vanish on the protcol ... but having it did inspire me to quit using shampoos with chemicals and conditioners commpletely ...

I didn't expect it to deal with the plaque psorisis - but it was also gone the first month on the protocol ... and it was well established (3yrs) and very annoying ... but not as much as the deep clear "blisters" which just showed up recently - but all three of these sleep stealing issues vanished that first month

I am curious about the Candida - which I have been battleing the longest (10years) --- is it another "immune deficiency" ? I just assumed that it was from the GMOs - but is it a fungi related dis-ease ... I am not sure that it is completely gone, but I'd say 95% ... but it still flares up when I eat sugar (even organic sugar) - the insane itch is gone, the flaky production of excess skin - is gone - there is no trace of it in my tub or on my sheets (other than the normal daily shedding) ... but as I mentioned, I still flare up (burning) in two (invisible) patches that requires skin creams (coconut/olive/silver infused) to cool-down - whenever I eat sugar (white or brown) ... which I have tried to replace with honey, but can't when baking ...

I only ate GMOs for about 20 years - after the kids left the nest and I got lazy - and ate out a lot too ... but it didn't really show up until after I started eating 85% organic foods again ... why doesn't everyone get it - or DO they all have this "organism" and just don't mention it - because it is so embarrassing to admit

what has your research revealed about candida ?
 Quoting: Shadow Dance

also curious about this as well. it seems to be an increasing issue for a lot of people now myself included. what can we do to get the gut issues under control? seems like not much is working for people

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
So to take V's research, we can start putting together a standard format for homemade xlear.

There are two quality providers of pure GSE in liquid form, but only one makes it easy to measure. Nutribiotic GSE is a 33% concentrate, so 10 drops equals 100mg. Easy math there. In a 40ml solution, 1 drop should be the 0.1% GSE we are looking for, but perhaps 2 drops would work even better. It comes down to testing. We want a burn but not too much.

So 42.6ml is the equivalent to 1.5 Oz liquid solution (Xlear bottle).

.2 grams of salt would be around the .65% concentration for saline, but it's inconvenient to measure. We could say a pinch of salt and bump GSE to 0.2% or two drops to ensure it is sterile. That would have to be tested because it might be too strong. We should have a DIY option for the saline part since it is difficult to find unadulterated saline depending on location.

40ml saline solution
1 level teaspoon xylitol
1 to 2 drops GSE

We're so very close. The only question is the GSE concentration.

One of the regulars from the 4ch threads (K) tested the following and said it was spot on with Xlear.

40ml saline
1 level teaspoon Birch Xylitol
2 drops GSE (Nutribiotic 33% concentrate)

She also tested a Xlear Rescue recipe as follows and said it's very close.

80ml saline
2 level teaspoons Birch Xylitol
2 drops GSE
1 drop Oregano essential oil

"In the US meanwhile, the American College of Physicians says a super-deadly FUNGUS with 60% kill rate is an “urgent threat” spreading across America. The corporate media is referring to this as a “hit HBO show.” In it, characters become afflicted with a cordyceps mushroom strain that evolved to infect humans, controlling their minds and turning them into “bloodthirsty zombies that see vines explode out of their bodies and can infect others.” It is obvious the fear porn being pushed out by the KM is now degenerating to the point of farce."

Looks like they want us to believe it isn't real or true. Imagine that.

Trying out my updated saline mix for the second day now with 6g xylitol and 3 drops GSE. I tried a 10g/5 drops mix but the burn was way too intense, interestingly the burn increased after adding extra xylitol and not so much with just the GSE addition.

I still have some OG Xlear my wife uses so I have a direct comparison. The sting and opening of the nasal pasages feels pretty much the same, but the store bought still tastes sweeter and what's interesting to me is that it has a much thicker and more persistent foam when shaken. I can't quite figure out where it's coming from, I wonder if they actually listed all the ingredients or is it just the GSE composition being so different.

It would be a good idea to lab test the recipe for pathogen presence 1-7 days after mixing to confirm it's sterile.

Day 24
I haven't written an update since I shat out these worms because I got too freaked out by it and needed some time to process what is happening exactly. I was hoping it would happen again so I could at least take a picture, but since then I haven't seen anything like that. I'm thinking whatever intestinal parasite I had simply went first. I had and still do occasionally have burning sensations in the upper part of my stomach that I didn't associate with anything else than bad diet I was trying to correct for the past few years. I also had an issue with dry, red skin on my hands that I thought was caused by smoking weed and dehydration because it flared up like crazy every time I smoked to the point the skin starts breaking up and bleeding at some spots, especially around the knuckles. On the protocol it started flaring up by itself and when I smoke on some days it gets way worse than it originally did and the rash scaly skin one day spilled down my wrist onto my forearm a bit and it's still there. I'm thinking now I got some sort of fungal or parasitic infection from cleaning cat shitters without gloves. We've had various cats in my family over the years. I think my hand issues started around the time I got a very sick rescue cat that later died due to autoimmune issues. I checked some old pics and at the beginning right when we found him my hands still looked normal, few months after they were sunburnt red and I've been struggling with it ever since
I keep a detailed journal but I don't want to tmi or sperg out too much again, I had pings all over my body, especially at old scars. I specifically had one memorable itch on my forearm that I thought was going to develop into a rash, because I could feel some miniature bumps forming, but instead it spilled out into sharp needle like pain all over my forearm, made my muscles sore and tense and pretty much immediately made so tired I had to tap out and go take a nap.
other than that I had:
- killer farts
- biohazard shits
- nasty, engine oil smelling sweat, usually after dosing NAC
- random dry cough
- short bursts of fever
- intense anxiety flashes coming in series
- liver pain
- sinus pain
- painful spots on the tongue
- persistent eye floaters
- layer of skin or biofilm coming off inside my mouth. It exposed a red spot at a place that was pierced straight through with a piece of metal when I was a kid
- couldn't sleep one night because it felt like a worm was spinning under my thumb fingernail. Bursts of radiating pain seemingly following my heartbeat all night.
- inflammation in corner of the mouth at a usual breakout spot for herpes, I'm pretty sure I have HSV-1 tho I wasn't ever really tested
interestingly there was no virus activity. Just inflammation without any bumps or ooze. When I felt some itching that I thought could develop into a breakout some bromelain+papain stopped it at first dose. It was gone in half time of a usual breakout.

My workout performance varies wildly day to day with herxing, but I could see pretty much immediate benefit from NAC and mineral supplementation, my pushup volume increased by 30% on best days

I didn't expect to feel much at all but here I am having weird shit happen to me almost every single day. I had no clue I could be this infected... I'm also noticing weird synchronicities but maybe I'll go into that in more detail once I gather enough data to establish a pattern, it's all too easy to misinterpret.

There are some posts claiming sterile saline is an effective way to deal with infections, but I couldn't find any actual research to back that up

They all mention tea compresses as well, in my family we traditionally used chamomile compresses for any eye-related issues

The inhalation of essential oil vapor look interesting too, I used to do that to clear my sinuses. I didn't think it could reach eyes this way and I can't find anything solid to back that up.

What do you guys think? Was it discussed somewhere before already?

My eye got itchy today and instictively I touched it and cleaning it afterwards I had thought. We have a a mouth and nose protective solution, what about eye drops? It is just as likely vector of infection

Urine 1/3 to water (fresh) clears up most eye 'gunk-crap'. Yes, the Hindu's were right with some things.
Let their designs become hardened, so that whatever they have conspired shall return upon their own heads.
For they have devised a plan, but it was not for them.
They prepared themselves maliciously, but they were found to be impotent.
Indeed my confidence is upon the Lord, and I will not fear.

Peribsen had issues previously with floaters and such. He recommended eye drops with hyaluronic acid to clear things up. I don't have the product name, but a bit of digging on the 4ch archives should cover various options there. It's a fairly popular topic.

Thanks I think I got it, Life Extension Brite Eyes, right? Not easy to get, the ingredients are very particular too. Is it something that can be used long term? It looks very pricey for regular inoculation purposes, what's your take on tea compresses? I've seen K mention making colloidal silver drops, how does that work exactly? The only silver eye drops I found are pet store products

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
Ok the lab sent back my results

The test was for a total number of microorganisms in sample. Results are in jtk/ml - the higher the result the more stuff floating in there.
I tested 5 samples in total, all have been contaminated with around 0,15ml untreated tap water per 10ml
They cooked for 4 days in room temperature in my cupboard and another 3 days in optimal growth lab environment

1. NaCl 0,9% - 620 jtk/ml
[link to iili.io (secure)]

2. Original store bought Xlear - 0 jtk/ml
[link to iili.io (secure)]

3. Standard homemade mix 6g xylitol, 3 drops 12 mg/ml GSE on 45ml 0,9% saline - 0 jtk/ml
[link to iili.io (secure)]

4. Above mix but with 5 drops GSE - 0 jtk/ml
[link to iili.io (secure)]

5. More hypertonic mix with 6g xylitol / 3 drops GSE / 45ml normal saline base + 0,3g non iodized salt and 0,3g baking soda - 133 jtk/ml
[link to iili.io (secure)]

I wanted to throw in a 8g xylitol sample but I thought of it a day after bottling, looks like it wasn't necessary anyway.
The hypertonic solution results are curious, I'm not sure if the salt or the baking soda or both were a source of extra contamination that couln't have been dealt with or this solution is just less effective at killing off microbes. The salt I used was fine non iodized sea salt and I used normal pure food-grade sodium bicarbonate.
133 is quite a high number, EU regulation for max amount in tap water is 200 jtk/ml

Re: Cosmic Death Fungus - General
don't know if asked already. it's hard to keep track of but...

speaking of 'fungus' issues... what about the healthy fungi that are renown for aiding in health and energy such as Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga and many others?

any comment as to their effects on the unwanted fungi in our systems?
