For body reasons maintain healthy lifestyle, get in shape, don't overeat meat. Do 12 hour fasts.
For entities, submit the matter to god, wear a symbol if this is your first submission and claim violation of free will when this happens. Pray something like "God if this is some entitity/ being doing this, I pray to you to protect me from their actions as their actions are having a negative effect on me. Protect me as I submit myself to you"

Violation of free will in general cannot be claimed if you yourself has summoned the entity.

Same is with sleep paralysis. Sleep paralysis happens when the soul partially disconnecs from the body. It is an issue with the organ which binds brain and soul. Again, most of the times it goes away by maintaining healthy lifestyle. If not then as of now there are no other options. But don't worry. 99.9% of times it usually solves on it's own.

if something/someone bothers you during sleep paralysis, stick to god, claim violation of free will and do not react/answer/fight. let it pass on it's own. If it's a mere hallucination then it''s just another vivid dream. If it's a real entity then they will get punished for violation of free will.
