He'll walk, this is all theater. He's untouchable....
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 84256444 Nobody is untouchable in America. You must be really young or really stupid. "Untouchable" is not the right word. I think the correct description is "PRIVILEGED". Nothing will happen to him. The local DA will issue a statement about it being a 'terrible accident' but not 'intentional' and he'll walk. The family will rake him over the coals in civil court, he and/or his insurance will pay them off to settle privately and we'll never hear about it again.
