The demolition of the World Trade Center brought the U.S. economy to a halt, and Bush had to go on television to beg the American people to start shopping again.
All it would take today to bring a country down is nuking one major city, and it would paralyze the entire country. Everybody would be afraid to move around.
England could be taken down by nuking a part of London.
Russia could be taken down by nuking part of Moscow.
and so on...

More like the Brit leadership elite spent money on bunkers for themselves. They have high speed subterranean trains beneath major Gov buildings that can transport them to the bunker cities at high speed. The rest of us will perish
